1. About these terms

Pony Search ("we", "us") provides an online advertising platform connecting pony sellers with potential buyers. By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. We are an advertising platform

We are not a party to any sale. We do not own, inspect or verify the ponies advertised, and we make no warranty about their condition, temperament, suitability or the accuracy of any advert. Buyers must satisfy themselves before purchasing — we strongly recommend viewing in person and a pre-purchase veterinary examination.

3. Seller responsibilities

• You must be legally entitled to sell any pony you advertise.
• Adverts must be honest, accurate and not misleading.
• Photographs must be of the actual pony for sale.
• You must respond to buyer enquiries in good faith.

4. Advert fees

Advert fees are one-off payments for a fixed listing period and are shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable once an advert has been published, except where required by law. Because publishing begins the service immediately, you agree that the statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once your advert goes live.

5. Content standards and moderation

We may edit, decline or remove any advert that we reasonably believe breaches these terms, is misleading, or harms the trust of our community. Repeated or serious breaches may result in account suspension.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the platform to send spam, harvest data, misrepresent your identity, or advertise anything other than ponies and directly related items.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from transactions between buyers and sellers. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
